After placing the order, you will receive an order email confirmation, in which you will find the order number.

How to use the order tracking number? 

In the order status email reply, you will receive the information how to track your order or in what status is the order, i.e. packing, preparing or other. 

In the email, you will also find order tracking number and delivery service, as well as the browser link to track the order delivery status.

How to track the order, using tracking details? 

When placing an order, you will choose a delivery option, for instance, TNT, Omniva or other. After the order confirmation, you will receive an email with the tracking number and delivery service. 

Below you will find the delivery service websites to track your orders. Enter your tracking number in the courier website provided place. Shortly, it will illustrate the estimated delivery time and delivery status.
